Parish Office

Location / Opening Times

Based on Newbridge Road in Llantrisant the Parish Office is open to members of the public, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30 pm.  It is also the location for Council meetings on the first Tuesday of the month.

The office is run by the Clerk who is the Proper Officer for the Council, the Community Council is in the process of advertising for a new Clerk.  Upon appointment of the new Clerk the Parish Office staffing structure will be updated and it is planned that Mrs Alison Jenkins will become the Responsible Financial Officer/Deputy Clerk to work in close partnership with the new Clerk to ensure the smooth running of the Community Council. The Council also employs Phillip Williams as an Outside Operative and a Caretaker for the 2 community halls. For 6 months of the year, the outside operative is joined by a summer labourer.

Public Services

Primarily the office is here to administrate the work of the Councillors, but it is also a base for members of the public to contact the Council with concerns, requests and queries regarding Community Council business.   The office also offers photocopying, fax and laminating services for a small charge and has a supply of RCT Recycling Bags.
